What is the average range of a COSWHEEL electric bike?
Depending on the model and terrain, our e-bikes typically offer a range between 30 to 60 miles on a single charge when using pedal-assist mode.
How long does shipping take for new orders?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-10 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do COSWHEEL bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all COSWHEEL bikes come with a 1-year limited warranty covering the frame, motor, and battery against manufacturing defects.
Is assembly required when my bike arrives?
Our bikes are shipped 85% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat using the included tool kit and instruction manual.
What is your return policy for accessories and bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply for motorized vehicle returns.
Are COSWHEEL bikes water-resistant?
Our bikes are rated IP54 for water resistance, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes, but they should not be submerged or cleaned with high-pressure power washers.
