At COSWHEEL, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all electric bikes in their original, unassembled condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Bike

  Ensure the electric bike is packed securely in its original factory packaging, including all batteries, chargers, keys, and manuals to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger cargo models.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and odometer reading, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
